When the world thinks about Paris they think of Miss Mona, the Eifel tower, if you're a sports enthusiasts like me MJ with a Beret, and now the 2024 Olympics.

But when I think about Paris, I think about my girl Jacqueline's Little Africa Village, a space dedicated to highlighting Black-owned brands and Black artists. I think about my boy Kevi's Black history tour ''Le Paris Noir''. I think about my girl Tanisha Townsend of ''Girl Meets Glass'' Champagne tour of Champagne France which I highly recommend but make sure you drink your water!

When I think about Paris I want to eat at Mama Jacksons, Gumbo Yayas, Mama Kossas, and any other Mama's and Jaja's that want to cook for me! You see the Paris that I know, isn't the one they show, and thats why I'm excited to show you, how to enjoy Black-owned Paris!

Diasporâs — @diasporas - A multi-purpose Afro-cultural hub combining food, culture, books, art, hair, and coworking under one roof. Their motto says it best: “Afro, Food & Culture.”

Malibu African Food — @malibuafricanfood. A lively African restaurant known for generous portions, braised chicken, fried fish, and West and Central African specialties.

Le Fouta Djalon — @lefoutadjalon West African comfort food near République.

Table Penja — @tablepenja. French bistronomy meets African flavors and spices, with Chef Pierre Siewe incorporating ingredients like Penja pepper into traditional French cuisine.

L’Arrêt by The Grey — @larretparis . Southern U.S. cuisine arrives in Paris through Chef Mashama Bailey and Johno Morisano, the team behind Savannah’s acclaimed The Grey.
